these general terms and conditions we indicate under whichreservation we

are engaged in the supplyof plants to consumers.  
We therefore wish that we can offer our customers maximum satisfaction. We treat
our customer as king. It's important to fix any issues, rather than hiding directly
behind terms and conditions.   

If applicable:  
1.1 Scandiaplants strives for a website that is as current as possible, we do our
utmost for this.   
1.2 We use these terms and conditions to support any agreement. Any exceptions
will always be made in writing, while the other conditions will continue to apply.  
1.3 Do you, as a customer, want to use our terms and conditions? As a customer you
are free of obligation.  

Prices:  
2.1 For the prices on our website, we strive for the most accurate possible
representation of reality and the intended prices.   
2.2 All prices are stated in SEK and include VAT.  
2.3 Delivery costs are included in the price.  
2.4 As a customer, you must pay the price that we, Scandiaplants,
have confirmed. Errorsare corrected. 

Delivery and delivery time:  
3.1 We do our utmost to deliver the order as soon as possible. Delivery time is
usually within 5 working days. While we will do our best to deliver your order as soon
as possible, this is only a guideline and no rights can be derived from it.   
3.2 When there is a force majeure situation, for example not being able to deliver due
to severe weather, it is important that the order is still delivered within 30 days. If this

is not the case, Scandiaplants Not is obliged to fulfill its obligations or the obligation is
interrupted for the period of force majeure. 
3.3 Force majeure means all circumstances beyond our control. These include:
extreme weather conditions, strikes, fires, bankruptcies, power outages, theft, etc.  
3.3 If an ordered product is temporarily out of stock, you as a
customer will be notifiedwhen the product is back in
stock. Delays will be notified by email. 

Payment:    
4.1 Payment by invoice, Klarna, card payment or directly to the driver (amount below
SEK 20,000)  
4.2 The buyer must pay the full amount within the agreed payment term to avoid
additional costs.  
4.3 The agreement between the buyer and Scandiaplants is only concluded when the
buyer has paid the full amount to Scandiaplants.  
4.4 If the buyer does not fulfill his payment obligation, we as a website / company do
not agree with the delivery.  

Complaints  
5.1 It is possible that complaints arise, we want to deal with this as neatly as
possible.   
We, Scandiaplants, only supply plants in pots or with root ball. 
5.2 We guarantee that the delivered plants meet the usual requirements and
standards that apply and are free from any defects.  
5.3 Images and videos on our website are intended as a guideline, no rights can be
derived from them.  
5.4 When the plants arrive at their destination, you as a customer
are responsible for thecontinuation of the plant. 

Right of withdrawal  

6.1 As a consumer you have a right of withdrawal on purchased goods for 14 days
after receipt. When Scandiaplants sells plants or hedges, these goods are subject to
the right of withdrawal.  
* this has a reference to a product that can spoil quickly or become too old  
* this has a reference to a product that by its nature is such that after delivery it is
mixed with another product in such a way that the products cannot be separated from
each other be separated.   
This means that you cannot regret purchasing your hedge plants. Should it
nevertheless go wrong with the delivery of an item, you have the right to file a
complaint about the item. If you are not satisfied with an article delivered by
Scandiaplants, please contact us.

Read the warranty conditions carefully! Because it concerns living products, the
warranty conditions are regulated differently according to the law than for non-living
products such as eg home, garden and kitchen tools. Buyer and seller are
responsible. Scandiaplants supplies you with a 100% quality product. This means
that if a plant dies within 3 months,
we will replace it at no cost. When the plant dies between 3 and 6 months, it will
we replace it if the plant defects have been reported during the first 3 months with
proof of photos and / or video. When a plant dies after 6 months, it is legal
arranged so that it is up to the customer to prove that the plant has died from bad
quality during the first 6 months.
Our green products are grown with the utmost care. There is going to be special
attention to the development and growth from root to plant. So you can be sure of
that
the hedge plants ordered are perfectly healthy!

Planting instructions / before and after

care

We have listed the most common questions for you below:

• Good preparation before your hedge plants arrive is to dig a ditch at least 20 cm
deeper and 20 cm wider than the root ball.
• If you have bought hedge plants in pots, you dig a trench 35 cm deep and 35 cm
wide. When the soil is poorly drained, you can dig the trench deeper and provide
drainage in the soil, creating good drainage so that the roots do not continuously end
up in water that cannot drain.
• When the soil is not rich enough in terms of nutrition, it is advisable to enrich the soil
with soil improver or fertilized garden soil.
• When the temperature rises above 12 degrees, it is important that your hedge
plants get good water. 1-3 times a week, depending on the weather, heat and
location. The soil should be moist at all times, but not too wet. Remember to always
water well so that the water gets all the way to the roots. It is better to water less
often and to use more water than to give a little water often. Always check that the
soil is wet before watering them so that your hedge plants dont get too much water.
• To ensure that the correct amount of moisture reaches the roots, it is best to use a
moisture meter. These are available at most local garden stores and don't cost too
much.
• You do not need to fertilize your hedge plants immediately during planting. Better
wait until the next spring.
• After planting, your plants now put all their energy into the root system. It is
therefore quite normal for the plants to lose some color, turn a little brown and fade
after planting. They will turn green and beautiful again once they are well established.
• In the first year, your newly planted hedge does not need to be pruned. From the
second year it is recommended to prune / shave the hedge 1 to 2 times a year to
keep it taut and beautiful. This is in the spring / fall. When the hedge has reached the
desired height, the plants can be “topped”. This means that you cut the tops in 1 line
at the desired height. As a result, the hedge will grow into each other more in width
and will therefore offer a lot of privacy.

• A frequently asked question is: Should I cover my hedge with winter cover or not?
We recommend that you do it when you know it is very windy. This also applies to a
newly planted hedge. Thujor and Idegran can get burns if it is sunny and the ground
is still frozen. We therefore believe that it never hurts to cover your hedge plants
against the strong spring sun.
